In an effort to help all of us connected via the housing industry stay informed, we are providing links to legislative issues in progress. Tenants, landlords, and property managers can work together to create healthy regulations which improve our industry. We are concerned that many of the aspects of the proposed bills may discourage current and future single-family landlords from continuing to own rental property, increase the costs of renting for tenants and further reduce availability of housing. If you wish to discuss your concerns, please request a time to speak with Jamie. We are interested in hearing from both sides and helping our legislators make informed decisions.
