Jamie » Designated Broker
Jamie entered the field of property management after owning her own investment properties. After getting a real
estate license, Jamie began by managing a small rental portfolio for others. Eventually, Jamie left teaching to
become a full-time property manager. Helping owners be great landlords and matching great tenants with rental homes
they are proud to call home are some of the rewarding aspects of the profession. Prior to real estate, Jamie enjoyed
learning Spanish and embracing other cultures through language and travel. During undergraduate and graduate studies,
she lived in Mexico and earned a Master’s Degree in Teaching Spanish. She holds a WA state real estate license as a
designated broker and is also an approved Washington State Real Estate Instructor. Jamie loves to travel, spend time
with family and always looks for opportunities to learn more about property management and the world around us.
Kelli » Property Manager
Kelli joined our team in 2013 after many years as an ultrasound technologist. She applies her interest in helping
others and research skills to provide exceptional service to landlords, tenants and vendors alike. In her free time, she
enjoys attending musical productions, volunteering at her church, traveling and spending time with her family. Kelli is a
licensed real estate broker.

Devon reviews incoming invoices, enters invoices for prompt payment, and helps us stay organized. He's a bit of an introvert,
loves animals, and plays games of all kinds. He enjoys learning about new developments in scientific research that will make life better.
